- Department of Education, Mathematics Education, Korean Language Education, English Language Education : Substituted with the completion of the total required credits

- Department of Home Economics Education : Graduation thesis x

⑤ Others : Satisfaction of the internal regulations of each department

Department of History Education : Students who entered the college in the years from 2005 should submit 3 or more reports on academic exploration. Undergraduate/general transfer students should submit it twice and dual degree/double major/minor students are exempted.

Department of Geography Education : Students should submit report on academic exploration after each course of FIELD RESEARCH IN GEOGRAPHY(1~6). Those who have not submitted all 6 reports should take graduation examination. (For undergraduate/general transfer students, 4 or more reports are required)

■ Students whose 1st Major is in Department of Education    - Complete the area ’Theories of Teaching Profession’ among the major courses of Department of Education.  - INTRODUCTION TO SPECIAL EDUCATION (area of Attainments for Teaching Profession) should be substituted with INTRODUCTION TO SPECIAL EDUCATION(EDUC230), the major course of Department of Education.

■ EDUCATION SERVICESHIP ACTIVITY

  - Admitted as voluntary service, according to the resolution of the Committee of Educational Serviceship and the guideline for educational serviceship

  - 60 hours (2 credits) should be completed while in college

  - 30 hours at least should be accomplished at one institution (no more than 6 hours a day)

  - After the activity, students should hand in the confirmation with the seal of the chief of the institution to the academic affairs department, and register for the EDUCATIONAL SERVICESHIP course the next semester.

  - Grades are given as P(Pass)

- Institution for serviceship, specific activities, other related guidelines are stated in the website of Department of Teacher’s Certificate

■ Courses except those in the area of Theories of Teaching Profession, Attainments for Teaching Profession, Practice Teaching are elective courses, and are admitted as Teacher’s Certificate Program but not included in the 22 required credits for obtaining a teacher’s certificate.

■ EDUCATIONAL SERVICESHIP ABROAD is not admitted as the area of Educational Serviceship for the students who entered the college in the years starting from 2013.
